TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Provisions and Service Provider
The online store available at www.relationshipinstitute.eu (hereinafter: the "Store") is operated by:
Marfil sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland, address: al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland. Tax ID (NIP): PL7133108740.
These Terms of Service are addressed to Consumers and define the rules for using the Store and concluding distance sales agreements.
2. Definitions
Consumer/Customer: Any individual or entity making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller: Marfil sp. z o.o.
Store: The internet platform available at www.relationshipinstitute.eu
Distance Agreement: A contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, through the Store.
The Program: The 90-day personal development and coaching program "Get Your Ex Back in 90 Days."
Product: Any digital content (online courses) or physical goods available for sale.
Guarantee of Results: The specific performance-based continued support policy for the Program as defined in Section 10.

4. Technical Requirements
To use the Store and access the Products, the following are required:
a. A device with internet access and a web browser
b. An active email account
c. Enabled cookie support
5. Professional Disclaimer (Medical & Liability)
The Services provided by the Institute are for educational and coaching purposes only.
Not a Medical Service: The Seller does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or licensed clinical therapy services. Participation in the Program does not establish any doctor-patient, therapist-client, or similar professional relationship.
No Guaranteed Outcomes: The Seller does not guarantee any specific emotional, relational, or personal outcomes. Individual results may vary significantly depending on personal circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
Earnings / Results Disclaimer: Any testimonials, success stories, or examples presented are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
Personal Responsibility: The Customer acknowledges full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of the Products.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Product.
6. Account Registration
Creating an account is free and requires a name and email address.
Login credentials are sent to the Customer after purchase.
The Customer may request the deletion of their account at any time without providing a reason.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or behavior deemed harmful.
7. Order Placement Process
To place an order, the Customer must:
Select a Product and click "Add to Cart" (or equivalent)
Fill out the Order Form with necessary contact and billing information
Click the "Order and Pay" button
Choose a payment method and complete the payment within the specified timeframe
8. Delivery and Payment Methods
Digital Delivery: Access to online courses is granted within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
Physical Delivery: Goods are shipped within 5 business days.
Payments: We accept bank transfers, electronic payments, and credit/debit cards.
9. Right to Withdraw (Standard Refunds)
General Rule: For individual online courses (not the 90-day Program), Consumers have 365 days to request a refund if not satisfied.
Digital Content Waiver: By purchasing the 90-day Program and gaining immediate access, the Customer expressly agrees to start the service immediately and waives the right to the standard 14-day cooling-off period (pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable digital service regulations).
10. The 90-Day "Ex Back" Results Guarantee (Performance Policy)
Continued Support Policy
The Seller offers a continued support guarantee under the following conditions.
If the Customer fully participates in the Program for 90 days and, despite meeting all the requirements listed below, does not achieve the defined result, the Seller will provide additional support at no extra cost.
The Guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:
Completion:
The Customer must watch and complete at least 7 courses on the platform.
Consistency:
The Customer must log in and watch video lessons for at least 50 days.
Life Masters app:
Earn the “4-week consistency medal” in the Life Masters app. This mean you need to launch the app 4 weeks in the row - just launching the app even for few seconds is enough. It's enough to hit this 4 week streak just once. You can try many times.
Reconciliation Definition:
For the purposes of this Guarantee, the result is considered achieved if the Customer rebuilds the relationship with the ex-partner. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or emotional intimacy during at least two consecutive meetings with the ex-partner, including holding hands, kissing, sexual relations, or other behavior clearly indicating renewed romantic involvement.
If such a result is achieved within 90 days from the start of the Program, the Guarantee is considered fulfilled and no additional free support shall be provided.
Continued Support:
If, despite meeting all the above requirements, the Customer does not achieve the result within 90 days from the start of the Program, the Seller will provide the Customer with further support at no additional cost.
This continued support may include additional consultations, access to selected Program materials, and further guidance from the assigned expert or another expert designated by the Seller.
The scope, schedule, and form of the continued support shall be determined by the Seller, provided that the Customer receives additional support without extra payment.
Additional Consultation Hours:
As part of the continued support, the Customer will receive 13 additional hours of consultations with a psychologist or relationship expert, to be used within the extended support period.
The Seller may also grant additional consultation minutes at its discretion, depending on the Customer’s engagement, situation, and continued participation in the Program.
Extended Support Period:
The continued support may be provided for up to 12 months from the original start date of the Program, unless the result is achieved earlier or the Customer stops actively participating in the Program.
Verification:
The Seller reserves the sole right to verify whether all conditions of the Guarantee have been met, based on internal system data, platform activity, consultation records, app logs, and other relevant evidence.
Evidence Requirement:
The Customer may be required to provide reasonable proof of participation, compliance with the Program requirements, and the current status of the relationship with the ex-partner.
No Refund:
This Guarantee does not constitute a money-back guarantee. If the conditions of the Guarantee are met, the Customer’s exclusive remedy is continued support at no additional cost, not a refund of any payments made.
11. Claim Procedure
If the goal is not met despite meeting all criteria in Section 10, the User must submit a claim within 14 days after the 90-day period ends via email to: office@relationshipinstitute.eu.
The Seller reserves the right to review each claim individually and make a final determination based on available data and evidence.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the courses and Program are the exclusive property of Marfil sp. z o.o. and are protected by copyright laws.
Recording, sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
13. Acceptable Use
The Customer agrees to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner.
The Customer shall not:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties
- Misuse the content or attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Share account access with unauthorized parties
14. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- The Customer’s use or misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Any actions taken based on the content of the Program
15. No Warranties
The Services and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Seller does not warrant that:
- The Services will meet the Customer’s expectations
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any specific results will be achieved for sure.
16. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, war, or government actions.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration body selected by the Seller, including but not limited to international arbitration institutions.
Class Action Waiver: The Customer agrees to resolve all disputes on an individual basis and waives the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Jurisdiction Fallback: If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
18. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
For matters not covered by these Terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law, EU law, and applicable international consumer protection regulations shall apply.
